The Tracy Arts Commission is committed to nurturing artistic vision, honoring diversity, supporting creativity and promoting cooperative partnerships in the arts. The City Council appointed Commission is to encourage, promote and stimulate the growth of broad-based arts and cultural programs in the community.
TAC programming currently includes the Civic Art Program, Emerging Artists Series, and a newly designed Music in the Park summer concert series
coming in 2017.

Would you like to perform at TAC events?

The Each summer the Tracy Arts Commission presents a series of free summer concerts featuring local and regional professional acts.
The TAC is also interested in presenting music, poetry, spoken word, storytelling, dance, drama and performance art of all kinds!


If you are a performance artist or represent a band, troupe or artist collective who is interested in future opportunities,
please provide the following promotional materials:


1. Biography including complete contact information
2. CD/DVD representative of your art/music
3. Rate Sheet


Submissions can be dropped off at Patron Services at the Box Office or mailed to:

Receipt deadline for 2017 performance submissions is Wednesday, March 1st.
Submissions received after March 1st will be kept on file for future programming or other performance opportunities in the City of Tracy.

All submitted materials are the property of the City of Tracy and will not be returned.

Emerging Artists Series
 
This is an opportunity for child and teen performers to sing The National Anthem at Tracy Arts Commission events.
A performer will be selected to be featured at each Summer Concert and at the Festival.
New to 2016, select perfomers may also be invited to sing one song of their choice during intermission at these events.

The Tracy Arts Commission - Special Events Subcommittee host auditions annually each spring.
No appointment is necessary.  Auditions will be held first-come/first-served.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult and release forms must be completed in order to audition.
