The City of Tracy – Cultural Arts Division & Tracy Arts Commission is collaborating with Mr. Byron Alvarez in support of the creation of a new mural project located at 27 W. 10th St. in downtown Tracy, California. This high-visibility site is the east wall in the parking lot of Town and Country restaurant. Conceptual proposals are due by 5:00 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Artists/Makers of all kinds, arts & cultural organizations, arts educators, and vendors supporting the arts are invited to apply through a friendly and free process!
After two years of cancellation due to COVID, the Downtown Tracy Artwalk returns for its 6th year! Information for the 2022 summer event series will be released at a Planning Meeting on Tuesday, April 26th, at 6 pm in Visual Arts 01.
We encourage anyone who is interested – including artists, street performers, muralists, musicians, arts organizations, etc. – in participating in the upcoming events to attend. We’ll discuss the 2022 schedule, answer questions about participation, share best practices, and consider all ideas brought for group discussion.
Attendance is not mandatory to participate in the event series.
The Exhibitions Program and Tracy Art League are collaborating to offer to a new version of the Expressions! exhibit, at the Grand! Entries are now open for the 30th anniversary of this annual, juried exhibition featuring a survey of artists from across the region.
Selected works will be on display across the Grand Galleries from March 26 through May 28, 2022. Cash awards and City of Tracy Purchase Awards will be issued.
