Welcome to the Grand Galleries Online & Webstore! Please review these Terms and Conditions as they apply to
your access and use of the Web Site and mobile applications. Your use of our Web Site or mobile applications
constitutes your agreement to these binding Terms and Conditions.
We are dedicated to providing educational and entertaining experiences for our Patrons, both at the Grand

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
The City of Tracy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. By continuing to use the Web Site or mobile applications, you are agreeing to the revised Terms and
Conditions. Patrons are encouraged to review these Terms and Conditions whenever purchasing items or using
our Web Site or mobile applications.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Web Site or our mobile applications for the purchase of items.
GRAND FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS
Grand Foundation Membership Discounts that are applied on purchases made in the Grand Galleries are not
currently available with online purchases.
All items will incur sales tax at the current rate of 8.25%.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING / PICK-UP
Select items purchased online are available to be shipped to valid mailing addresses in the contiguous United
States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipping and handling fees include the current cost of shipping via USPS Priority
Flat Rate Boxes, and a $3 handling fee for packing, packing materials, and delivery/transfer to the postal carrier.
Current USPS Priority Flat Rate Box Prices: $8.30 Small / $15.05 Medium / $21.10 Large
Refunds and combined or discounted shipping and handling fees for multiple purchases are not offered. The
packing of heavy, sensitive, or fragile items must be done with care. Gallery Staff may pack and ship items
separately or combined, at their discretion, due to size, weight, materials, and fragility considerations.
Items sold will typically ship, or be available for pick-up, within 7 business days of purchase. Please note facility
closures, holidays, and emergencies may alter scheduling. Items sold from Feature Exhibits that are physically
on public display in the Grand Galleries will ship, or be available for pick-up, after the end of the exhibit.
Items ineligible for shipping must be picked-up at the Grand Galleries. Gallery Staff will manage the transfer of
purchased items to buyers.
NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not offered on items purchased through the Web Site or mobile
Some items sold online may have minor imperfections from the making or framing process, or from prior handling.
Patrons are encouraged to view photos, read the About/Notes section of each item carefully, and contact Staff
with questions prior to purchase.
In the event of the receipt of damaged items believed to be caused by postal carrier mishandling, please retain all
of the original packing materials and contact the Grand Galleries within three days for further assistance:
